I'm a british citizen and I married my US partner in the US. I did not mention to immigration that I was going there to get married but I did not lie about it either, just they didn't ask. Lover moving to be with me

Not sure what visa to apply for, im british, shes american. We don't want to get married, and havent been living together for that long. She also wont qualify for the HSMP, not having that many qualifications. Any suggestions?
