Recently UKBA is being very strict in dealing with the applications.. so it is safe to enclose both Sponser Letter and Accomodation proof (since you are in Uk since long);

pls seach the forum for sponser letter formats..

Marriage certificate + wedding photos are enough

You can just send the PhD ORIGINAL Certificate (with Notarized Translation), make sure PBS Calculator recognizes your PhD and gives requried points.. You can send both your application and respective documents in the same package; BHC will send back all originals along with passports once a decision...

You can apply from india but since the BHC would need to do the verifications from india it may take little longer than normal..

you can explain in the cover letter in brief so that the caseworker understands why u applied from india..

Yes you can calim the points if you can show proof/ evidence from 2different sources for the earnings..

It is simply a BIG blunder from BHC, you should easily win ur appeal...
