Since OANDA site is the officially recomended site by the HO for conversions etc.. you should use the full value on a particular date and claim the points accordinly..

Marriage Certificate is very essential document when applying for spouse dependents visa.. I donno how u managed for Tier2 dependents visa.. your tier2 visa becomes invalid as soon as you T2 employer informs HO, but since you already changed to T1.. it is good to apply for ur dependents within 28day...

Once you get your visa approved and if you want to apply for your dependents UK you need to show 2800+1600 x no. of dependents.. = 4400 GBP

You need to submit fresh/latest 3months Maintenance funds bank statements.

You should not go out of UK 90days at a stretch and total 90days also in 1year from the day you enter UK (if rules have not changed); so try to come back with in that count..

Most of the applicants use cover letter if they have something to explain to the caseworker who is working on ur case.. if u dont think anything is required to explain.. Coverletter is not required.. and btw it is not mandatory..
