Your Jan - Dec 09 is within 15month period and is within 12 or less consecutive months..

So you are fine.. you dont need to submit all 12months payslips.. even if you get enough points with 1month payslip you can apply..

If you are using electronic bankstatements outside UK for MAINTENANCE PROOF Evidence.. it is adviced to attach the Letter from bank for maintenance funds with proper wording like with all the details of the account holder and esply mention that your funds never fallen below xxx etc..

Is your partner accompanying you - You can say NO, but it is ok once you get your visa you apply for your spouse travel together.. HO is not so serious about this..
