Since you r in UK for more than 12 months, it is enough to show only 533£ for ur spouse...

to be on safer side if possible show 800 gbp for urselves also though many ppl got visas just by showing funds for dependents

Yes you can do that way.. you apply first and once u get ur Tier1 you can apply for ur dependents but that will cost extra VISA Fees

You can sure apply now for extension but i think it will be extended for only 2yrs but still u will cover ur 5years by Jun 2012.. having said that you need to be ecnomically active(benificial to the UK economy) with having a job/earnings when you apply for ILR.. just my 2cents..

If the 3months bankstatements with the latest date on it you submitted with your application is less than 1month and with min required funds maintained everyday in those 3months.. then u are OK

first of all you dont require to submit 1year payslips for ur wife's visa.. at the most you can include 3-6months to be safe..

But to answer ur question.. it is not a problem if 3months salaries are showwn in 1bankstatement as long as the NET SALARY Matches exactly

If there is no clause in ur old company to give a notice period/ resignation formalities.. you should atleast let them know by email or letter so that there are no loopholes at ur end.. so that ur old employer will inform HO that u r no longer working for them

You can apply atleast 3-4months before your visa expiry..


If you apply in Jan 1st week you can use any of the consecutive 12months between (1st Oct 09 - 31st Dec 10)
