You can claim the GROSS salary (whole) if they are all part of your salary package, mentioned in the payslip and if everything goes through the taxation.. Yes, you can show both in and out of UK income for earnings points if you have all required evidences..
but i will just check one thing if there are any restrictions related to PSW vs. no of hours you can work.. (pls check this as i am not sure.. ) goodluck

No, caseworker do not expect ur dependents application should go along with yours at the same time...

but applying everybody together will definetely makes things easy;

you can say they will accompany you... n give their details as you have sufficient maintenance funds with you;

When you apply for ur spouse mention in the sponser letter that due to sudden change of circumstances your spouse need to accompany you... etc..

If your company already has SPONSER LICENCE t
en they need to provide you with COS (Certificate of sponsership ) and you can use it n apply for ur extension

just make sure u satisfy the CODE OF PRACTICE (job title n min. salary)

children 's funds can also be shown in dependents account..
