Dude, it can take up to three weeks to hear anything. If you dont get a response in three weeks then call them up. If they take ages you can complain.

Hi,

You could move to Pakistan. She can sponsor you from there. You will be given a pakistani visa and can get a pakistani passport.

What matters is you get to be with her, and with the kids as well.

Ive been thinking about this in my own situation.

I have savings, which I show in savings accounts. And the UK statements show the wages.
