IT IS MEANT FOR ADVISING PEOPLE, NOT CRITICISING IMMIGRANTS AND PROVIDING STATISTICS If Irish Tom or someone else thinks a marriage is sham, he shouldn't advise because in that case, he would be advising how to dodge the system. In other words, advising how to commit a crime which itself is a crime.

You probably will have interview when you apply for student visa wherein you will have to speak to the ECO. If you can speak/understand english good enough on this interview, you wouldn't need any certificate.

As you long as you can converse, I don't think any certificate is needed.

I would suggest you finish your qualification in Pakistan first and then come to UK for work/gaining experience.

and study you can do in your home country as well, thats what I said earlier.
