Well first of you all you need to be married :)

And I think yes, he will need to find work ( if he doesn't already have one ) and secure the WRS thing before you can send your application for FMRS.

I don't see any reason why should you be worried.

Not sure if this WRS thing for his past jobs will work or not but you can always apply for the one year FMRS. Simple !

I googled CCL but their website doesn't seem to be online anymore.
