I don't think you have to bring X-rays with you, they will probably do it at the airport. I remember they did my X-rays at Heathrow when I first arrived in UK, and it was free.

If you were a genuine student of CCL and the degree you got from there is also genuine, then there is no need to worry. CCL got blacklisted or whatever is none of your fault/headache.
