So you have actually abused your current status in the UK because the UK law wouldn't allow you to have a second wife and nor I am sure, would the law of your EEA wife's country. Pathetic !

There is no such place as totally safe in this world. Just some are more dangerous than others and in UK, city centers the most unsafe places at night specially if you are not from the 'superior white British race'.

Since you have been married for more than three years and one year you have lived in the UK, you can retain your residence even if you get divorced. You will however need help from your wife in that you would need to provide proof she has been exercising her treaty rights during your stay in the UK....

Romania.....the only country in EU that offers citizenship by birth...but thats just what I have heard not sure if its correct.

For the rest of EU, one of the parent has to be citizen of the country ( or permanent resident ) in order for the baby to be citizen.
