I recently downloaded the new form post Oct 29th changes done to EC process.
It seems that we need to fill the VAF2 instead of VAF1 from 29th October 2007 for EC.
As far as HSMP initial approval and EC/FLR is concerned it is pretty simple and you will find all possible help in this forrum so no need to approch a consultant.
