I read this and it does not said both options are available? it says If your family member is an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen Your family member should usually apply to the EU Settlement Scheme as a family member before they come to the UK. I have help him to continue, now asking for appointment to enrol his Biometrics ??
Costs is £110 to £180....month form today cheapest £75

He has his biometrics taken in his country when applying to FP visa....Is there a need to do it again>??

1 day in the last 6 months means 6 months ago or just 1 day anytime in the previous 6 months??
Anyway although he has NINO, it's recent and not payed through PAYE yet using this code.

BTW, he works buyt wish to change jobs but due to his VISA expiring in April he's not having much luck. At his current Job they are asking him about this situation too :cry:

Only proof of dependency available is money transfer made every month to her. Long ago she was given the FP but she got ill and vould not come so there is that reference.

Yes she is dependant, thing is she is only coming for couple of months
And not to live in the UK. We want her to como regurlarly every year or 2 for 2-3 months so will be applying for FP
