Thanks for your prompt reply.... Im on old WP issued in 2006 and then extension in 2007. WP is old scheme whereas Tier 2 PBS is new one. There are definitely guide lines available on UKBS on tier 2 under 'Technical Changes of Employment'. Im confused as I think this could effect my ILR due next year...

Hi, Can any one explain me what is difference b/w UK residence permit and work permit (extension)? My employer applied for work permit extension for me a month ago. Last week it has been approved. Then my employer asked me to fill FLR IED form and they will submit my passport on my behalf for endors...
