In your terms, it is the net salary. (You should call it as 'Gross Salary' rather than 'Net Salary') B.E. in Comp. is an acedemic qulaification. Do not confuse yourslef. Salary slips on formal company letter head would not need Sign & Stamp, but if you can get it, it is better. No idea about the...

There is a lot of difference when it is a 'Secondment' and when it is a visit on Buisness visa which lasts for 90 days. You will call it 'Secondment' when you are in UK on work permit visa. True, But I guess in that case the claim period date in the application should be adjusted. Also the salary in this case will not be pro-rated.

when u r doing contracting job? your payroll should be under some umbrella company or you must set up ur own private limited company. And as far as pay rate is concerned, that depends on your experience,location and technology u r working in. I have 6 years of experience with expertise in database....

Remember that IT return covering partially are only additional. You will have to submit two proofs that inidivisaully cover full period. Do not try to provide one proof for 3 months, another for 9 months.
