No problem if the company tries to extend the WP.. They cannot do that as the expiry date for WP is 24 months down the line from now. By that time , I would have anyway made the move to a different employer..

Now the documents that are required. Please help me on this.

My HSMP was approved on 31 Oct-07. My company is putting me in UK by March 15 on WP. I wish to apply for my FLR after that.

Not really.. I got it easily. Just tell them that you need a stamp bearing the address of the office. They will chop it.

Look at the Taxable allowance. Of course you get exemption on the expenses incurred under head rent, food, travel, etc which will appear as Tax free allowance. But that does not matter.

"Taxable Allowance" and that is all and only.

PF is not considered at all. Send it and you make your case weak. The ITR will cover only three months of your claim period. 90% applications do not cover the claim period fully. So that is no a problem. Getting a letter from the HR is better but be sure that it has month wise break up. ________ FLI...
