Visit the consulate, politely ask them if the misprinting would create a problem - I do not think it will create a problem. I have just received my OCI but upon receiving it I have noticed that the text has been misaligned. The text of my details (my name, dob, pob, date of issue etc) all seems to slightly overlap the text on the template of the page (for example 'BIRMINGHAM' overlaps the hindi text for 'Place of Issue'....
