You have to be living together with your wife for this to work.

If they told you it’s okay then it should be fine. Good luck with your application!

As far as I know, if you've been back in the UK for 3 months or more then she'll need to prove she is working, studying or job seeking so you can get your pre-settled status.

You need to call the EU Resolution centre to get the paper form.
