Re: EEA application to excerse treaty rights rejected

Are you applying for the EEA family permit under Surinder Singh route?

Re: Help with calculating processing time

The email didn't actually contain anything about approval. It just said, "We're happy to inform you that a decision has been made on your application." And it told us to bring the passport to the place where we made our application. We knew it was successful when we found the permit insid...

Re: Help with calculating processing time

I’m not sure how long they take to post pack the passport so I can’t answer that. Did you receive an email when you we...

Re: Spouse of British citizen EEA route Pre Settled Status

As far as I know, if you've been back in the UK for 3 months or more then she'll need to prove she is working, studying or job seeking so you can get your pre-settled status.

You need to call the EU Resolution centre to get the paper form.

Good luck.

I have a question if you don't mind, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. I'm a BC with a non-EEA spouse currently living in Germany. They have r...

Re: Tight Timing: Ending Up in Limbo between EEA permit and visa with a No Deal Brexit?

I also called up UKVI about this situation and was advised that my spouse wouldn't even need an EEA family permit, and just turn up at the boarder with a marriage cert.
