Can finance director of my company can be the professional referee? He was an accountant buy now designated as finance director. I see Accountant in the list but not Finance director.

Hi experts, I apologize if this is already covered. I am planning to take the accountant of the company I work for and my manager as a referee. Do you think it should be fine both being from the same company where I work and both will write 'work colleague' as relation with me? thanks in advance. :P

Ncs Vs Oisc Advisers Any Benefit?

Hello all,

Is there any benefit to use OISC advisers for naturalisation application? Will it be any faster if I use OISC advisers? If not then is there an benefit at all? NCS charges £50 where as OISC advisers/solicitors charge at least 10 times more than that. Thanks.

The rules changed some time ago and now limits the scope of family visits to family who are settled. You are not settled so they must apply as general visitors. Nionlight, how many absences did you have? Were you missing any entry / exit stamps in your passport? If so, what backup did you have for the dates that you listed on your application with missing stamps? I had 135 days. Didn't have any missing stamps. But to be honest I don't think they check ever...
