I would agree with nnj10 . As I suggested earlier I myself took it twice and passed it both times. The only reason I took it twice was they put my nationality wrong first time (and refused to give me a letter explaining their mistake or mine as I didn’t pay attention before they pressed submit butt...

Dear friends, I know it has been answered even though I couldn’t find the exact answer through search. My apologies! Exactly which official book we need. I know all 3 will be helpful but which one exactly should be enough. In official website there are 3. (1)Life in the United Kingdom: A Journey to ...

Simple explanation. You get your ILR. I assume you have PEO appointment which is not on the last day your visa expires. which means, the your wife's visa (Tier1 Dependant), expires on the same day your Tier1 visa expires. so lets say you applied for PEO on 1st August and your Tier1 visa expires on ...

Another SCAM! This 'Technical issue' scam is increasing day by day. They take the money and then inform 'Technical/IT issue'. This is just a straight scam. nothing else. If there is technical issue they simply need to refund the money and application simple as that! But they keep the money and deal ...

@OP I agree with linkers that most case workers are confused about the rules. I got my ILR last week at the Croydon PEO. Re: Tier 1 (G) vs ILR with New Rules

setting a new earning threshold of £35k in order to earn the ILR This seems unfair as I had only to show above 26K for my initial Tier-1 application and the same for my extension (not that I wont be able to satisfy this new requirement) Nothing is unfair for British Government. This government is a...
