Thanks. I assume that if i move companies, I will have to re-apply for a Work permit, Work permits does not exists anymore and have been replaced by PBS visas. So if you apply for new employment then the prospective employer will have to get your visa or you can apply for Tier 1 general on your own...

I would say make fresh application as well as lodge appeal. Incase there is any issue with new application again you can link your appeal and will save some time.

Thanks for reply. I think every one who ever thinks about making 2nd new application should also appeal since there is no fees and nothing to loose. There is chance of saving time in case of there is any issue with 2nd new application.

Hello Friends,

Is it possible to appeal against dependent visa entry clearance refusal and make new application at the same time? It is because appeal takes very long time. So in case 2nd new application gets refused again, the appeal is still in process? Please advise. Thanks.
