WHY 2011

why Home office chose 2011? whom they are covering? atleast they should set the rule so that all HSMP holders who are already in UK are covered by OLD rule as they were promised. why this random 2011? where some one will be covered and some wont? its redicilous...

I think home office is like giving visas to everyone now a days seen so many tier 1 approvals not even a single rejection and also mant students are coming to UK this year...why not when we were paying them huge taxes..we are infact helping them to improve their economy..all the best guys.. cheers ...

This is another VAGUE rule of Home office. nothing more expected from them. no one is certain about correct rule. because there is no where it is written in the rule book about visa duration. some one applied 4 months early and they get visa expiry from their current visa expiry on the other case so...

guys, after the systems were down on 5th august at croydon, i got my passport and documents by post last week, but my visa is stamped untill Aug 5th 2012 i.e from the date i applied august 5th 2009, but my initial visa expires 30th august 2009, shouldn't my visa be given untill 30th august 2012??? ...

home office has dismissed my appeal as well as i was unable to maintain funds on a few occasions in one of the 3 month period....i have now appealed in the administrative court of appeal.....could someone please advise on this??? also just to add, you can show account from your home country as well...

Neonlight your stats of "almost 95%" does not apply for India.. as i have seen most of the (almost all) Indian institutes are on the calculator.. i would say just 1% of indian institutes might not be on the UKBA calculator.. not sure on Pakistan and BD... :( :( :( It means I cannot apply....
