Standard Visitor Visa delayed by over 2 months

My Standard Visit visa application from Munich, Germany is delayed now by 2 months. I applied on 06.06.19. The case has been escalated twice but still nothing. Anyone knows what I can do to resolve this? I need my passport back soon as I am travelling in 2 weeks.

Hi guys, I applied for a Standard Visitor Visa (6-months) from Munich, Germany on 06.06.19 and I am still awaiting a decision. Does anyone have experience with such long delays on Standard Visit Visa? I have previously in the last 3 years been issued the same visa twice (one time being a 2 year one)...
