I am sorry I didn't check back in. MY FBR was issued almost exactly a year after my application. It was issued September 9 of this year, and I immediately turned it around with a passport application. I got my Irish passport in early November, and now my life is complete. Helo Sulla and all, I'm sorry--I made a mistake. I filed my application on September 4, 2018. I got through to the FBR office today, and the very nice lady there told me that they are working on applications submitted in August 2018 right now. Thanks!
