Re: Spouse Visa, letter from employer

If your gross wage is 1350 per month x 12= 16200......that's short of 18600 Remember its your gross wage that you state not Net pay for this letter. Your letter is confusing in my opinion. Also you put down gross wage for year, not for 4 weeks or monthly pay details in letter. This is what it says ...

Re: Spouse Visa, letter from employer

It makes perfect sense, the way you just stated it. And two should be stated. What I'm trying to say is that the gross annual income is showing on the letter. And that I can calculate the gross annual income myself over the last 12 months for it's showing on my payslips. Nevertheless, let me put my ...

Re: Spouse Visa, letter from employer

My gross annual income is £24900 over the last 12 months, by my calculation. (Part 1)
And my annual gross income is from this employment is £23617. (Part 2)

Doesn't this make sense?

Re: salary change for spouse visa

Thank you rayking but I'm still a little confused here. I know the employment contract just states when I started the job and how much I get paid yearly etc. But for the first 3 months I was getting paid a certain amount and the last 2 months my pay increased. So your saying that I should write dow...

Re: Appendix 2, spouse, technical error

I've heard stories that COs refuse applications for even the smallest mistake or inconsistency one can think of.
So, to your knowledge, is there a chance that mistake would be overlooked or it's likely to be a refusal?

Thanks

Re: Wife Application rejected for unknown reason

Non salaried income is the average you earned over the period of 6 months. What you earn in one particular month will not matter as long as the average comes to £9300 for 26 weeks or however frequently you are paid. There is no basic salary when you are non salaried because I am assuming if you don...

Re: Wife Application rejected for unknown reason

Your last post can confuse those that are trying to understand financial requirement and I just want to clarify that. If you're on non salaried and your income is variable, earning £1011 in a month shouldn't affect applying under Cat A. It's only applicable if you're on salaried income. If you earn ...

Re: Wife Application rejected for unknown reason

"I CAN ALSO CONFIRM HIS GROSS ANNUAL SALARY EXCEEDS THE THRESHOLD OF £18,600" is not enough. Did the letter of employment ever state how much you actually earn per annum, and how long you've been earning the same amount? In my case, the letter of employment stated that 'I earn approximate...
