Re: Spouse visa so quickly??

I understand that time frame. Now that decision has been made wait until she receive her passport to know if the visa has been granted or not. Your concern over the situation is very much understandable.

Re: Spouse visa so quickly??

To me, it highly seems like a refusal email but I hope I'm wrong. You won't know for certain if it's a refusal until she opens her passport.

I know the answer to that question but I'll keep it to myself because you specifically say want 'gurus'. Now patiently wait for the 'gurus' to give what you're looking for.

Re: Spouse visa curtailment. Wife absconded

Wanderer...... Suppose she meets a settled person and has a child what then? It shouldn't be an issue if she goes to have a child with another man, it's her body she'll be giving to that man anyway. And certainly nothing stops you from having a child with another woman if you so wish. What you need...

All supporting documents must be original wherever possible. This simply means that, you don't make and submit a copy of a p60, contract of employment or tenancy agreement and leave the original at home.

Re: spouse visa wife left after 2 months

I'm deeply sorry for what you've been put through by the woman in question, especially considering the amount of effort it takes to fully compile a spouse visa application for a non-UK resident.
And, I suppose it's just one of those things - Sometime men use women; and sometimes women use men.

Re: appendix 2 previous employment in the last 12 months

Part 4 doesn't apply to you either because according your post you'll be applying under Part 3: Category A once six months has been completed in employment.
Part 4 is for those who are exempt from the financial requirement.

Yes, that's right. Just 26 weeks worth of payslips. And remember that the last one should be no more than 28 days old prior to the date of your online application.

Hi I have another question on another matter so I thought ita best I open a new topic. I am a non salaried employee. What I wanted to know is do I use 'gross pay' or 'gross pay for tax' from my payslips. ( I am paid expenses -this is the reason for the two different headings on my payslips) Also wh...

To be on the safe side, it's advisable to wait two more months for all the statements to be in your husband's name. You don't want to risk another refusal.

One form is not appropriate since they're separate applications. Each application will need their own form even though supporting documents are shared..

Re: Spouse Visa, letter from employer

If your gross wage is 1350 per month x 12= 16200......that's short of 18600 Remember its your gross wage that you state not Net pay for this letter. Your letter is confusing in my opinion. Also you put down gross wage for year, not for 4 weeks or monthly pay details in letter. This is what it says ...
