Children born abroad can only apply for citizenship when either parent is also applying and the other holds ILR. So she will have to wait until you apply and can apply with you.

So whenever I will apply, for her I need to use MN1 form to register her as citizen?

You do not need a deed poll to use your married surname Ah!! Then what will required? Marriage certificate? I suggest to change your surname before applying for citizenship.
