Thank you so much for your prompt reply, actually this makes a lot of sense.

I was a bit confused as the first question on the MN1 form was to mention the name as per “Birth certificate “.so will attach a change of name deed.

My child was born in the UK, birth Certificate shows (first + last name) then she was issued overseas passport and a BRP which showed (First + Middle+ Last name). I tried to add the middle names to her Birth Certificate but was told that I would not be able to change it as child was more than 1 year...

Hello
I applied for ILR Set O application with my wife, our utility bills are in joints accounts, as far I understand I (the main applicant) need to sign part 1 and other joint owner to sign part 2.

Can I check whether my wife needs to sign Part 1 as well giving that she is applying for ILR as well?

I submitted and paid for my ILR Set O on 14/11/20 but my UKVCAS appointment is on 10/12/20, as far as I am aware some of the documents need to be issued no earlier that 28 days before date of application eg sponsor letter, bank statement, payslip.. Sponsor letter,

Hello

I am on Tier 2 and applying for ILR,
Does the sponsor letter have to be addressed to “UKVI” ? My sponsor provided me with a letter as “To whom it may concern “ would it be accepted ?

CR001 thank you so much for you help, I always found your answers simple and precise, Please could you advise regarding the mistake in CoS, especially the total weekly hours of work, they changed it from 34 to 37.5 by adding a sponsor note and the Salary is correct and is much higher than threshold ...
