Do you mean apply as a non-EU family member of an EU citizen exercising treaty rights?

Apologies, im not sure what you mean exactly by treaty rights but I want to apply as a non-EU spouse to my EU wife who recently was granted UK settlement.
We've both been living in the UK together for 9 years.
