PO Box as correspondence address?

Hey Guys, Quick question if I may. I'm applying for my settlement as non-eu spouse (Australian) so a lot of the process will be handled by post with my biometric card being posted to me at the end should my application be successful. We're in the middle of selling our house so our address might chan...

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - Switching Status

Hi There, I am a non-eu spouse looking for settled status and about to apply using my BMP (Ancestry visa) by sending it in the post. Can I ask exactly what was the problem with submitting the BMP? It seems that sending it by post is totally fine but BMP's can't be scanned online (only BMCs). Thanks ...

Re: Ancestry and EU Settlement Scheme

Hi Bruno I was granted pre-settled status on 30/8/2019, with my application having been submitted on 16/6/2019. Yes I had to send my biometric card for my Ancestry Visa to the Home Office as it’s the identity document I used to apply. They sent it back quite quickly though, I can’t remember the exa...

Re: Ancestry and EU Settlement Scheme

Isn’t settled status granted 5 years from the date of marriage? I’m also on Ancestry and am married to an EU national. I have applied to the scheme and was under the impression that it’s 5 years from the date of marriage and not from the date you’ve been granted pre-settled status. In other words s...

Hi there, I will be applying for UK settlement soon as a non-EU spouse to my Polish wife who has UK settled status and noticed that a marriage certificate is required to prove marriage for more than 5 years. We were married in Poland 9 years ago so the marriage certificate is in Polish. Does anyone ...
