But in the statement of intent it says: The following groups are considered automatically to meet the English language component of the KoLL requiremen...

tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 (G)

Hi,

My friend came to UK under Tier 2 ICT short term visa on 16 April 2011, he switched to Tier 2 ICT established worker on Jan 2012.

Does current immigration rules allow him to switch to Tier 2 (G)?

Thanks

They normally expect business bank statements as a second proof. My personal experience is, submit as many docs as possible rather than limiting the number of docs. In my case they didn't take the accountant's letter but took P&L, Corporation tax notice/payments, VAT reg cert, Incorp cert etc

Question 17a of FAQs for ILR - WP/Tier 2/HSMP/Tier 1 suggests that initial absence is not counted towards the total absence.

Can someone in the same situation/experts answer please?

Is there a possibility of refusal for my application?

ILR - Same day - more than 180 days

Hi All,

I have a total absence of 182 days:

126 days - Holidays(most of it are paid leaves)
53 days - delayed entry in to UK(got HSMP 28 Feb 2008, entered UK 23 APR 2008)
3 days - Business trip.

Am i eligible to apply for same day ILR?

Thanks in advance
