Will the company pay NI for T2 intracompany transfer visas? 2. Will there be any concessions in tax from the govern...

rg1,

this was the case with HSMP. they insisted on a bachelors degree for english language section.

but nowadays the UKBA points calculator gives 10 points(english language) for some of the masters degrees as well.

@vinny,
I entered UK 2 months after my hsmp approval. While i apply for ILR, if i comply with 180 days (or 225) rule, then do i have a chance of a successful ILR application, or shud i go for one more extension before ILR?

@themagger,
gud work

but for the first part of the question, it is still unanswered.

"Are FDs still accepted as proof of maintenance" ??

changes in the guidance states that :
"Evidence must be in the form of cash funds."

u can very well go ahead and apply for u first. later once u r settled, u can show right funds and take ur dependents.
if u r applying alone, its is just enough if u show funds for urself.

best of luck

try ur degree and university with UKBA points calculator. if u dont qualify the english language section, then u need to take IELTS or any English test prescribed by UKBA.

i see from ur other post , u r applying under transitional arragnements.
after u come to UK, if u plan to bring ur wife here, u have to maintain 800 +1600 for 3 months.
or if u r applying for both of u now, then u have to maintain2800+1600.

I think the first option wud be ideal for u.
