Postal Vs NCS

Given the turnaround time of UKBA 2-3 weeks, it's wise to send application by post than through NCS - that saves time by about a week and few bucks of course.

Probably, UKBA has just installed their own Letter Template Engine which is undergoing testing and as a result they are generating as many letters as they can.
