I have a British citizen. But my partner and son has a filipino passport. And may I know until what age you can bring your child in France?

I normally go home every year to spend my holiday. The longest that Ive lived with them when my son was born until he reached 3 yrs of age then I started working abroad. I'm sending them money mothly for the last 7 yrs.
