Re: Coronavirus “furlough” acceptable for spouse visa?

Hi Just thought to add to your comments. I had similar problems with the HO. However, the 2nd 2.5yrs was much more easier because we live together etc and I didn’t have to provide so much information like the entry clearance visa. Planning to apply for ILR. Done everything and this bloody virus ruin...

Re: 6 months bank state for ILR

Thanks for your reply. Can’t I alone use category B? Because my annual salary from April 2019 to April 2020 £24k. Obviously let assume Coronavirus last for 3 Months before things go back to normal, that wouldn’t affect my annual earnings much. I’m trying to save the stress of getting my wife to cont...

Re: 6 months bank state for ILR

My apologies thanks for your reply... Omg that’s going to be hell of docs scanning. I guess that’s the price I pay for not paying a solicitor. I do appreciate you all the help so far. Would you recommend standard service or the Priority? We not in a hurry. Any other things I need to look at for? It’...

£18,600 Indefinite Leave to Remain

Re: Wife is on a Spouse Visa and is Sponsor claiming Universal credit - Coronavirus situation

Thanks for your response! I was thinking that too, but knowing the U.K. immigration they are very ruthless. I have already cancelled my direct debits for rent and council tax as those are the ones that drains the wages. If things don’t change anytime soon I will definitely have to claim and leave th...
