thank you, I think I need to speak to my sollicitor to get on the case. as its seems its a long time.

does any one have an idea how long does it take for FLR(M) application to be processed? I have been waiting 24 weeks today. I had 2 acknoledgement letters from the HO to my sollicitor since I sent the application back in oct 08.

I am writing this on behalf of some friends. they arrived may 2003 to the UK on a 6 months Visa, they never went back to Algeria. they have a baby girl who was born july 2004, in may 2008 they would have been 5 years in the UK. is there anything they can do to settle their situation?
