 URN is enough as you don't have a physical certificate. Just say you will provide the URN.

 She uses the same ref number in the online form for B1. They ask to provide a document. We have the certificate/test number (received via email) which I already entered during the application. Could you please confirm that there is no need to attach the physical certificate of the B1 test ?

My Mrs. first entered the UK on 5th Jun 2015. She had her Tier 2 dependent visa extended on 02 March 2020 which will expire tomorrow (2 March 2023).

Absences for any dependent visa held before 11th January 2018 is irrelevant.
