How does this new law effect marriages and spouses already in the country with a 2 year spouse visa, were one is under 21?

I take it this law relates to any new marriage visa applications amde from abroad ? and not those to extend an already issued 2 yr visa.

Haing clicked on your link above I have read that the new date for accepting the old forms is Nov 16 (press release 02/11/07. I think they have just extended it, so anyone wanting to still use the old one can probabaly be able to do so.

Have the application forms changed? I am applying for a spouse settlement visa. I had prepared a VAF 2 but I have recetnly noticed it is a VAF4? Is this correct, when did this happen?
