Re: British registration of UK born child of one parent ILR

Thanks for all your help Cullinan.

I applied & booked biometric for next week. There is not much reporting of timeline of MN1 BC registration so wondering how are the timelines recently?

Also, thinking bit ahead what’s the process after approval? How/when can we apply for her British passport?

I was reading some posts and found MN1 apply via NCS (JCAP) where I can apply for both BC & Passport together at a council? Is that something possible or faster ?

Re: British registration of UK born child of one parent ILR

Hi @Cullinan, I am in trouble :( My GP has outrightly refused to give referee, in fact they will not even respond in writing (only did it on call) so I dont have any proof they refused. Secondly, child's nursery refused as well but very informally on a chat. Q1: So, what can I do now as I ca...

Re: British registration of UK born child of one parent ILR

You're overthinking. No need to declare a two week stay/visit. No evidence of address is needed!! Thanks a lot CR001 ! The application asks for exact dates for each address. If I put dates for old and new house then there is a gap of 2 weeks and hence my confusion :( Is address proof not required f...

Re: British registration of UK born child of one parent ILR

Thank you so much. Her current Tier 2 General BRP is valid until May 2021. So while her MN1 application is under process , she can still travel out of UK & come back with her T2G dependent BRP?
