I think since UKVCAS has gone to normal operations, luck via dual submission has gone down....
I hope going back to normal doesnt mean taking 3-4 months for standard application as usual.
Feels like August end/Sep wk1 applicants got lucky with fastest turnaround no?

Oh, so 28 days applies on dependent to ILR as well. As their initial dependent BRP date is 25 May 2021, they can apply for ILR 28 d...

Re: Tier 2 dependents questions

1. When did he switch to dependent visa exactly?? He is free to do any work except for the restriction in his Brp card. He switched from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General dependent in May 2016. First BRP: 25 May 2016 to 4 Nov 2018 Second BRP: 8 Nov 2018 to 17 Oct 2021. So based on this, he is eligible t...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

UKVI have told us that they aim to deal with ALL applications in date order That is not true I think, the random order of decisions speaks volumes Two of my colleagues got their decisions and cards before me but they sent their application after me. Our applications are similar even regarding the s...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@Cristina88 If you can see your cover letter submitted on UKVCAS, then no issues. Possibly the staff did not check properly. Anyways, even if the staff scanned your cover letter again, no issues. Log in your UKVCAS account. Do you see 2 cover letters now?? And as posted by another member the decisi...
