Given there is no mention of HSMP in the document mentioned above and when we apply for our FLR, its extension under Tier 1 category, arent we (HSMP visa holders) exempted from the new rule change?

can any senior member guide us on this?

I would suggest you visit the vfs office or call them to find out and get the list of documents that they r looking for as the requirement keeps changing. Got Visa

Hi all,

Received my spouses and my passports with the visa stamped for 2 yrs :)...Today was the 15th working day since our application..Planning to fly to UK on the 10th of Dec. Thanks a lot to all who have helped us come this far. and wud do the same to my fellow applicants.

EC from VFS Chennai

Hi all,

I applied for my EC along with spouse on 1st November at VFS, Chennai. Mailed BHC today and they said they are yet to receive the Integra verification report. Anyone with the same situation? Today is the 12th working day since applying for EC.

Purplepple, The first time I did not send signed and sealed wage slips though it was on a company letterhead. So the next time around, I added a letter from the employer as well just in case. Thanks Vidya....Ajay is right. Mine was a second application and they assigned the same reference number followed by " /02 "...All the best to you.

Any idea as to how long EC prcessing is currently taking in VFS chennai?
