Re: Biometrics card, missing middle name?

This is my first BRC so I am not sure if middle names are included here in UK. I tried to report it, I am just worried because in my NINO confirmation letter, they included my middle name. Also in my family permit, they included my middle name after my given name.....

Biometrics card, missing middle name?

Hi guys,

I am just wondering if it is normal to not see my middle name in my BRC, basically, the format in my card is like this : Surname First Name . I just recently received it so I can still report if my middle name should be included.

Thanks

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

Hi again, for those who got a biometrics card under the eu settlement scheme application, did they just mail the card? And how long did you have to wait to receive it after the decision was granted?

Re: EEA Family Permit

This happened to me. I have a family permit (no residence card yet), I was scheduled for a job interview, when the HR learned that I do not have a biometrics card (still waiting) , my job interview was cancelled and advised to apply again when the biometrics card arrives.

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

He’ll receive a letter that will have in big letters: “certificate of application”. It’s just a fancy wording for they are in receipt of his application. He’ll most likely get one within a few weeks after completing his biometrics appointment. I had lived in Norway (not EU citizen) for about 8 year...

Re: When will I receive my delayed EEA family permit visa..

Hi Hola. I sent complaints to these two emails, and received a reply after a week with some actual helpful information: complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk UKBACustomerComplaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk I don't know if it was because of escalating (which I also did multiple times) or complaining. I received...

Yes also Madrid. I know, that's what I'm so worried about too. This is the second application we've come too, as the first one was rejected.

During your first application, how long did it take for them to inform you about the refusal?

Re: Delayed answer Eea family permit

Hi all Thanks for your responses! Ahlem, I can't believe you waited so long! Those that lodged a complaint - was it with the email UKBACustomerComplaints[at]homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk? I emailed them last week, but they say it takes 20 days to reply. By 3rd of December, almost 9 weeks after applying, an...

Hi Hola I've been waiting 40+ working days and getting so frustrated! I also got the 'nor straightforward' email in my 2nd week. Did you file a complaint direct with the Home Office or escalate the call with UKVI (or both)? It's 14 WD since escalation, and apparently I'm supposed to get some sort o...

I've been also waiting for a very long time already. The thing though is I was able to get my passport from TLSContact without cancelling my application.
