Hi there I am feeling guilty that I may have annoyed the home office by my emails and therefore they delayed my application as it was with a case worker since 21 of December. From my observations I suppose that replies that are generic have only Homeoffice.gov.uk at the end of the email rather than the address in Liverpol ( area zone , liverpool address )
