Re: Refund from home office before rejection or refusal

They don't refund by mistake. If you see your payment back, it's usually a bad sign. You have to wait until you get the refusal letter. They explain why they refuse and what are your options if any. What type of application was it? Extended family? The first application I made was rejected due to i...

Refund from home office before rejection or refusal

Hi guys

I have got no clue why I have received refund of 40 again.

The first time I got it was because my application was rejected but now again I get it without having a clue if my application has been rejected or whatever. Has someone been in a position where they have received refund by mistake?

Re: EEA FAMILY PERMIT APPLICATION

In my application, I attached the travel tickets and then I got the digital photographs from my phone and got them printed in glossy paper via an app called Snapfish. Separated those pictures accordingly with the travel dates. I made around 4-5 envelopes stating dates and place where we travelled. E...

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

I think you must apply after your marriage takes place because you have already planned it right? You can straight away go for EEA Family Permit (Direct family member). Also, you can receive the COA with work in that category if you provide all original identification documents. I have applied for ...

Re: where is my biometric letter?

The easiest way to find out is - if you go back to the form you filled it on - may be the second page would say like this "making sure your application is valid" and then it will say you what sections are most important ones. In my case they said biometrics information and declaration is i...

Re: where is my biometric letter?

Hi

Did you ever try writing to them via post?

You can contact your MP as well?

According to this forum , the applicants I have seen who write to them has always got a positive result. If you write the letter make sure it has all your details and tracking number if you posted your application.

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

Write a letter where you posted the application and let them know your circumstances and it's been 4 months. Make sure the letter has a good voice. Just advicing if you haven't tried that. My Mp has sent them letter on my behalf explaining my situation..and they responded to him that the case is in...

Re: Spelling mistake in my partner's name on the joint bank letter reference

Spelling mistake in my partner's name on the joint bank letter reference

Hi guys I wanted to ask something about the joint bank letter. It seems that the person who was making our application at the bank for joint bank made a mistake in writing my partner's name correctly (there is 1 character missing ). I'm little worried if home office will refuse my application based ...

Re: ukvi contact email for EEA(FM)

Has your partner returned back from travel? And when he is returning? You can actually send them his passport - that will make your case stronger. I think you had FP from earlier on so it should not be difficult? You can definitely write a letter and ask them you would like to know the status of you...

Re: ukvi contact email for EEA(FM)

I chased them that's why I got the outcome of my application. I have to wait this week though - it's gonna be second week after reapplying.

Are you guys sure that you filled out your application form correctly on the paper?

They take out very many invalid applications according to the statistics.

Re: EEA EFM COA without right to work

If you get accepted to get a residence card - You will be legal and you will be considered to have the section C.

They do the assessment on the Non- EEA applicant if they have applied on right circumstances.
