I had to go to another contract after I got approval.

Anyways, is there any special application procedure for that? Or they will just cancel my previous visa if they decide to grant Tier 1?

Can I cancel my HSMP visa?

I got HSMP approval and entry clearance in early 2008. According to HSMP rules at that time I got 2 years entry clearance. Now after introduction of Tier 1 with 3 years of entry clearance, can I apply fresh for Tier 1 and get a new visa? Any links to official guidlines are appreciated. P.S.: I never...

Another possibility is to send your registration cards along with your documents which shows that you actually took the exam and these are your own documents. But you may not possess your registration card now ... ? Any other document? I remember there are a lot of small receipts and documents befor...

I dont think this will *not* be a problem :-) You should do some research regarding this and make an affidavit which cearly shows that there is a problem in your docs but they are original. Not exactly, but there should not be a heavy transaction just before your get your statement, you can have 1 lac transfered to it every month, but not 3/4 lacs just one month before. Or if do, you will have to prove the source of money.

Call them after 2 days and get your reference number, instead of waiting for an unconfirmed email.
