i applied for hsmp 14 weeks ago, and did not get back any answer.
i would like to write a letter to my case worker to decide about my application as the minimum time limit (14 weeks) is passed. i dont know what to write.
can anybody help me what to write.

The customer contact centre telephone difficulties experienced this morning has now been resolved.
now you can call to customer services and check the ststus of your application etc.

i sent them urgent treatment fotm last week, and call them today. they said that still under process.
dont know what to do. as im getting 28 in 2 weeks time.
