I have applied my wife ILR on 30th Dec at Sheffield office but unfortunately visa has been rejected (under paragraph 319E of the immigration rule). I am on tier 1 genral and my ILR is due in Jan 2014. when i applied for HSMP in 2008 i was awarded 10 points for English and same when i got extension in 2011.
shall i need to pass English test or not???
my degree was from abraod and it was taught in English.

i applied on 5th of january and still waiting. my case was straight forward. no slef emplyed at all.
ofcourse its painful but their is nothing we can do rather than wait.

thanks wanderer, he cant apply for COA, because to apply for COA, u have to have 3 month valid visa. to go pakistan and get married there is not a probelm, but very difficlut to get visa from there.
