Re: Please help.

None at all, as long as you have a visa to return to the UK, so I have been told by Home Office. You can still call them to confirm.

There is also no hurry to travel till after your application, as you could received a call from them and you wouldn’t want to miss it.

Good luck.

Re: Is it considered deception ?

It doesn’t seem like it to the best of my knowledge. You can still operate a joint account after a divorce and that is substantial proof, and it shouldn’t be a problem if only one party decides to rely on it as proof of such relationship, as you did state vehemently when sending it that you both are...

Re: Non-EU partner returning to EU country without EU partner

She shouldn’t have an issue based on her residence permit. However, she could take along documentation to prove her relationship (I.e. marriage certificate). If her husband is in the UK already, then she shouldn’t have any issue but to inform them that he is already present (as you can either travel...

Then I realised there was a mistake as I didn't get mail for biometrics collection. Went back to the submitted application and noticed, I ...

Re: Apply for EU settled status while awaiting BC decision

Yes, you are right. I was speaking on your comment on applying for British Citizenship, which you plan to do, and that would mean you have either an ILR or PR. So with this rights, you shouldn't be affect by no-deal Brexit. However, if you don't have these mentioned above, then please proceed to app...

Re: Apply for EU settled status while awaiting BC decision

Yes, but settlement status only is necessary to get the British citizenship after 12 months. i would advice that you continue with your application, as it means you already have the above requirement (i.e. ILR or Permanent residence for a year plus).
