Vinny you are right .

I have checked with a very good lawyer and she has confirmed that both dependant and HSMP holder can apply for ILR at the same time and clock is ticking for both of them. They should acoid switching the type of Visa they hold.

Proof of funds

We keep most of savings in a joint saving account or in ISA. In current account from where we do all the transactions usually do not have more than £200 as interest rates are not very good. What can I submit to support HSMP extension application?

HSMP Extension

My husband is applying for HSMP extension. We have some doubts:

For how long the extension will be provided?
What is the best thing to submit as evidence for English language proof?

What else can we do to make sure that our application is aprooved.

Any help will be much apreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks, for the info.

Some of the good employers ask this question, that how long my HSMP is valid for, and thats when everything starts going wrong. Guess I will have to stick with current employer for a while.

Venus.

Can I get my HSMP renewed before its due date?

Reason I need to do this is because I want to change job and no one will employ me with less than 6 months remaining on visa.

Please help if you are aware.
