Is feb 29 for HSMP extensions only or does it also apply to WP to HSMP[tier 1] transfers.

Now the pain is that if someone's application gets rejected he will lose HSMP fee + VISA fee (£600).

I am also waiting for Tier 1 to come in. If rules do not change much then applying after March is better. As per the intent document Tier1 general category look same as HSMP.

You also need to submit the TAX document. P60 or Saral. That is a must.

If you don't have one then you need to explain the reason, why you don't have a Tax document in the exceptional condition clause.
