Is feb 29 for HSMP extensions only or does it also apply to WP to HSMP[tier 1] transfers.

does any one knows if the feb 29 date is only for HSMP extensions or it also applies if any one is changing from Work permit to HSMP with in UK.

I am also waiting for Tier 1 to come in. If rules do not change much then applying after March is better. As per the intent document Tier1 general category look same as HSMP.

You also need to submit the TAX document. P60 or Saral. That is a must.

If you don't have one then you need to explain the reason, why you don't have a Tax document in the exceptional condition clause.
