I am applying my ilr soon and after few weeks i'll apply my wife visa.
e. My wife came to uk just 8 months ago as tier 1 dependent.
Can i apply the FLR visa to her??? or i should apply for tier 1 dependent extension. tier 1 dependent fee is £1920 double the FLR visa fee i.e £953.
Kindly advise.

i called to ukba and understood the uk personal appointment for Tier 1 is on hold. They ask me to apply through post and they refuse me to say resume back date also. Any idea?

My Tier 1 visa expire Sep end this year . I am planning to go extension on mid of march which is about 6months earlier. Will it cause any problem?

Anybody have idea of validity start date for earlier extension, will be Sept end or date of visa stamp i.e march?
